Now in its
sixth year, ART
of Seeing is a juried
selection of editorial, travel, architectural, portrait, nature,
landscape, fine art, and
artistic commercial photos.
Produced in
Hong Kong to art-book standards, the trim size is 6" x
5.25". The print run
is 4000, the mailing is to: ad
agencies, art
buyers,
major
publications, photo reps, art consultants, stock houses, and
photography
galleries.
Jurors
have included Michael
Reichmann of Luminous Landscape and Dr. Carol
McCusker,
Curator of Photography for the Museum of Photographic
Arts (MoPA). The 2012 book will
be juried and introduced by Glenn Steiner.
There is no
jury fee or form. $175 per page
covers all costs, is only for those juried in, and includes six books.
Optional 6" x 4.25",
4c/1c postcards are $85 per 1000. To apply mail, upload, or email your hi-res RGB TIF
files (350
ppi @ 6"). Send ONE image per page, up to four images for four
pages. The submission deadline is February 15th,
2012.
Publication is July 15th.
